Measurand is happy to help our clients with any questions they may have about ShapeArray™ instruments and their data. If you have questions about the quality of data, any unusual movements being observed, or issues with data conversion, you can engage Measurand Support for assistance. 

In order for us to properly analyze your data or troubleshoot issues with software, Measurand requires access to your complete project folder. We would like to examine all of the raw data files from the data logger, including any diagnostic data files, and any files generated by SAACR_raw2data during conversion. The easiest method to send us these files is to archive your entire project folder into a single Zip file. The steps below outline the easiest way to accomplish this.

Step 1 - Open Windows File Explorer and Navigate to your Project Folder

Open the Windows File Explorer and navigate to the folder with your ShapeArray™ data files. You can open Windows File Explorer by right-clicking on the Start/Windows button and selecting the File Explorer option or by holding down the Windows key on your keyboard and pressing the "E" key.

NOTE: If any of the files in this folder are executable (e.g. .BAT files), you will need to change their file extension before sending them to Measurand. You can do this by right clicking on the file, selecting the rename option, and changing the file extension to .TXT.

Step 2 - Select All files in your Project Folder

To select all of the files in the currently open folder in File Explorer, click on the Home tab and then the Select All button. Alternatively, you can hold down the Control (CTRL) key on your keyboard and press the "A" key.

Step 3 - Add All Files to a Zip Archive

Once you have all of the files in your project folder selected, add them to a Zip archive by clicking on the Share tab and then the Zip button. Alternatively, you can right-click on the selected files and choose the Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder option.

Provide a name for the zip archive that is meaningful. Measurand suggests using the project name or your company name for ease of identification.

Step 4 - Send the Zip file to Measurand

Once your project files have been zipped up, you can send the resulting file to Measurand Support. If the Zip file is less than 15 MB, you can simply attach the file to an email to support@measurand.com. If your Zip archive is greater than 15 MB, then please contact us to request a web link to our FTP site to upload the files to us or make other arrangements to allow us access to them (e.g. Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, DropBox, etc).
