The maximum cable lengths for SAAX1000-002 at 12.0 V are given in the table below. Use an approved splice kit to add any cable to an existing SAAV, and ensure you account for the cable that is already attached.
WARNING: 14 AWG cable (SKUCAB14) will not directly fit into the cable glands and connectors in loggers from RST, Ackcio, and Worldsensing. To accommodate 14 AWG cable, a special adapter must be used at the end of the ShapeArray cabling. This adapter should be specified at the time of purchase to ensure compatibility with these loggers.
