There is a known issue with Campbell’s operating system (OS) version 26 and older ShapeArray (SAA) data collection programs. If you use SAASuite to download and install the most recent version of SAACR_FileGenerator utility and create a new logger program, you should not have any further issues collecting ShapeArray data in OS 26.
