It is possible to use the FTPClient CRBasic programming instruction to send raw ShapeArray (SAA) data to a remote FTP site; however, this is not the usual or recommended approach for transferring ShapeArray data. This is because the raw data stored on the data logger is not usable without first being transformed using Measurand's Raw2Data conversion program. We recommend collecting raw data from the data logger using the remote connection and scheduling functionality of Campbell Scientific's LoggerNet software. 

If you need to use FTP transfers directly from the data logger, care must be taken to ensure the data files created via FTP match the structure and format as the files that would be collected using LoggerNet or PC200W to ensure compatibility with our Raw2Data conversion software.
