Please check to make sure that:
- The sample interval being used in the logger program allows a sufficient length of time for all ShapeArrays (SAAs) to be sampled, and
- That the battery voltage supplied to the logger is greater than 11.5 V.

If possible, also check to make sure that the electrical cabling from the SAA232(-5) to the ShapeArray has not been damaged in any way.
